I chose to forget the past and its time to move on …… I’ve got a list of blessings i should count on when my depressive mood swings in …..  i count on this blessings…and i’m back on my feet again….

  1. Mama – my beloved wife who cares a lot for the family …..
  2. 3 Kids – who are currently going to school….
  3. Parents- who loved  me
  4. Brothers – who are part of my life…
  5. Other acquaintances ….. (Office &  Batchmates)
  6. Relatives …

I commit to the following principles:

  1. Free your heart from hate, pride, envy, jealousy
  2. Free your mind from worry
  3. Live simple
  4. Give more
  5. Expect less
“Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw in later life what you have deposited along the way. “
So, my advice to you is to deposit all the happiness you can in your bank account of memories.

On punishing oneself because of guilt to the point of  becoming uncaring, indifferent, insensitive and withdrawn…

(1) Theres a saying that goes this way ” You’re to young to feel this old and to old to be this stupid” …

(2) Count your blessings, and you’ll be up on your feet again….
